Maybe you're not very good with a hammer, but would like to help out in some other way. We're putting together a team of people who can help provide lunches for our volunteers on construction days. TO HELP ON HABITAT PROJECTS
Habitat for Humanity of the Kokomo Community builds approximately
three new construction houses a year and several small projects.
Each project is unique and offers its own challenges. The
one element all Habitat projects have in common is the importance
of the volunteers and the many hours they dedicate.
Please refer to the Volunteer Handbook for a details about working at a Habitat construction site. A signed liability form is required of all volunteers. Copies are provided below..

COVER INDIANA BIKE
TOUR
For the past seven years Barbara Sehr has generously
represented Habitat for Humanity of the Kokomo Community in
the Cover
Indiana Bike Tour. Barbara Sehr has raised nearly $1,200 each year she has participated. New riders are welcome to contact Barbara at 765 455 1282 to request a brochure or get additional information about next year's ride.
This year's tour starts from Lafayette, IN, Sunday, May 6, and will end with a celebration in Indianapolis, 350 miles later, on Saturday, May 12. More details to come! |
